Since 2007, Ristorart has been synonymous with excellence in the world of catering and banqueting, turning every event into an exclusive experience. Founded in Fabriano by Fabrizio Palanca, with Simone Chiodi joining in 2008 and, more recently, Valerio Ceccarelli in 2024, today the company boasts a team of 75 professionals, united by a passion for catering and attention to detail. From TV productions to major events, our story is one of experience, dedication and continuous pursuit of perfection.

This expertise translates into the ability to create dream weddings and ceremonies, taking care of every aspect with refinement and precision: from the selection of raw materials to the mise en place, from impeccable service to the creation of tailor-made menus capable of enhancing the emotions of an unforgettable day. Every event is a story to be told. Every wedding, a dream to be realized.

Over the years, Ristorart has expanded its reach, managing projects such as the Mercato Coperto in Fabriano dedicated to excellent food from the Marche region and the local area, and the gourmet restaurant Zona Conce Bistro.

Today, our gastronomic experience is expressed through the management of Garibaldi Restaurant & Lounge in Fabriano.
